I was just served some “Angry Bread.” No really, this was the saddest, sickest loaf of bread I’d ever seen. Am I the only person on the planet who has noticed the restaurants that serve bread are doing a rotten job? Seriously, I would rather have no bread with my meal than to have something that does not resemble nor tastes like bread.

I was out and about last Saturday on the hunt for sushi. I stumbled upon eeZ Fusion-Sushi located in the Birkdale Commons in Huntersville, North Carolina. It was a cool, partly sunny Sunday afternoon and I was not particularly hungry, but just looking for a little something “lite” and flavorful.

It’s no surprise that chain restaurants and some independent ones suck! A recent visit to an Olive Garden further solidified something I have always know, chain restaurants are a complete waist of my time and money. The economy is in the toilet, jobs are scarce and service industry hires not only don’t want the job their doing, but feel they are actually entitled to something better. What suffers most is the quality of the food and service.
